At The Psych Hub (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., all payments made towards internships, workshops, diploma programs, certification courses, therapy sessions, training programs, or any other services are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment has been successfully processed:

• No refund will be provided under any circumstances.

• Refunds will not be issued due to non-attendance, late joining, withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, change of mind, personal reasons, academic commitments, medical reasons, relocation, or failure to complete the program.• Failure to attend classes or access course materials does not make a participant eligible for a refund.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the eligibility requirements and can attend the program before making payment.

In the rare event that The Psych Hub cancels a program and does not offer an alternative batch or suitable replacement, the management may, at its sole discretion, provide an alternative solution, such as a transfer to another program, rescheduling, or another appropriate resolution.
