Our Story – The Beginning of something great.
Every meaningful journey begins with a purpose, and The Psych Hub (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. was born from one simple observation—there was a significant gap between learning psychology in classrooms and practicing it in the real world.
As a psychology student herself, Mannat Gandhi experienced firsthand how limited practical exposure was despite years of academic learning. While students were equipped with theoretical knowledge, many lacked opportunities to develop the confidence, clinical skills, and hands-on
experience required to excel in the mental health profession.
Driven by this need, she founded The Psych Hub with a vision to create a platform where psychology students could learn beyond textbooks. The goal was to build a supportive ecosystem that provides practical training, quality mentorship, ethical guidance, and real-world exposure to prepare students for successful careers in psychology.
What started as a vision has now grown into a thriving community that has trained 2,000+ students and supported 100+ clients through educational programs, internships, workshops, diploma courses, certification programs, and mental health services.
Today, The Psych Hub continues to stay true to its mission—bridging the gap between theory and practice while empowering the next generation of psychologists with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and support they need to make a meaningful impact in the field of mental health.
